Our Story

ATEZ, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Oregon & Washington General Contractor Corporation since 1987, which has been “VERIFIED” as a SDVOSB by the U.S. Department of Veteran  Affairs (VA) Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). ATEZ, Inc. is a drug free, equal opportunity small business. We currently hold a MATOC with the Army Corps of Engineers and an IDIQ with the Roseburg VA Healthcare System. We perform our services in OR-WA-ID.

ATEZ, Inc. specializes in Asbestos Surveys, Abatement & Management Planning; Lead Based Paint (LBP) Inspections, Abatement & Risk Assessments; Microbial (Mold) Inspections, Mold Sampling & Remediation; Heat & Moisture Detection with our FLUKE Thermal Imaging Camera; Building Drying; Chlorofluorocarbon (refrigerant) evacuation;  PCB removal, CO2 Dry Ice Blasting Pressure Washing, Soft and Hard Demolition, Radon Measuring and On-Site-Real-Time Lead Readings with our new NITON XLP-703A Portable Gauge instrument.

ATEZ, Inc. has the work force, equipment, knowledge and experience to quickly bring your project to successful completion within or before your time constraints. We are qualified contractors for the Department of Veteran Affairs, US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy, Department of the Army, US Army Reserve, Department of Energy, Bureau of Mines, HUD Housing Authority, US EPA, US Fish & Wildlife, USDA USFS and the BPA, in addition to a host of long-term clients in the private sector, including Andersen Construction, Skanska USA, Robertson Construction, R&O Construction, 2G Construction, Eugene Water & Electric Board, City of Eugene, Willamette Neighborhood Housing Authority, Momentive Specialty Chemicals, Kendall Development, Pape’, Chambers Construction, Cascade Pulp Company, G-P Corporation, Providence Medical System, churches, schools, businesses, hundreds of satisfied home-owners and many more. ATEZ, Inc. is well equipped employing between 31-150 people (seasonally adjusted), and operates six to eight projects simultaneously. With eight permanently stocked lift-gate vans and a stocked mold laboratory van complete with microscopes, we pride ourselves in quick response for emergencies.

ATEZ, Inc. Owner and Operations Manager have over sixty combined years of experience. They, our Project Supervisors and Employees hold certifications and maintain training second to none in our Industry.
